Very friendly and helpful staff. They were able to accommodate for an earlier check-in. Rooms were clean and felt homey. Great location as well, as it was a 5 minutes walk from Busan Station and the KTX. There were also many great places to eat nearby. Room also had a dry cleaning amenity which was very cool. Overall, the stay was very memorable and will always be a place I would love to re-book in the future.

The pictures were a little misleading but the room itself was clean though. The layout of the room was weird and made no sense to us. The aircon was blasting straight onto the bed and had a disgusting smell to it. What we really disliked was that the mattress had a rubber/plastic coating which made you sweat a lot during the night. Don't bother booking the breakfast option. Overall the hotel was okay but too expensive for what it is.

Biggest plus for this hotel was its location - close location to the Busan station and plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee shops. The room was fine with modern amenities, including something I have never come across before - a clothes steamer/sanitizer. My main gripe was a personal one and may not be an issue for others. The bed was too firm for me and pillows too high, which meant I did not sleep well. Hotel should consider having a stock of different pillow heights/firmness. I would think it would be a small cost to the hotel and could make a big difference to certain clients like myself.

The botel was really nice. The staff were brilliant. Hiwever, the breakfast menu eas not brilliant. The pool was small and when I was there was full of children with inflatables, the inflatables were not supposed to be allowed. Overall is was a good hotel though.

Clean, quiet, nice rooms, good firm beds, super helpful staff. I wanted a place close to the train station, and this was even better than I expected. I didn’t use the pool or the bar, but we had a nice breakfast (with a great cup of espresso!) in the bar space.

It was a pleasure to stay here. The staff was kind and helpful. The location was perfect, just a few blocks from the front doors of Busan Station. We will definitely stay there again whenever we’re in Busan.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I was looking for a nice and cosy accommodation close to the Busan train station. Well, this hotel is way more than just that. The room was comfortable with incredible toiletries, bathrobe, high quality slippers, LG styler (have never seen something like this before!), and just stylish minimalist decor. The rooftop bar with a pool is a total gem. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough! Thank you for great service.
