I really liked the customer service at this hotel and it’s near some very good restaurants/cafes. I appreciate how much quieter this area is and it was a good place to stay since we were interested in visiting the two cultural villages nearby. The view was beautiful and the room was very clean.

We chose this new hotel for our last stop of birthday trip to Songdo Busan here. Staff was extremely helpful, polite . It provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable stay before we left Busan. Highly recommended and will book it again next journey to Busan.

Very nice hotel one year old eco friendly. Spa had no spa jets a bit strange. Resturant on the 27th floor brilliant and reasonably priced.

Fantastic Stay!

I had an exceptionally comfortable stay. While the partial ocean view was somewhat underwhelming, the deluxe room I booked offered a stunning cityscape at night. Above all, the hospitality of the staff was truly outstanding—the best I have ever experienced at a hotel. The room service was equally impressive, with a fresh, well-prepared salad and perfectly crispy chicken tenders. Additionally, the hotel’s proximity to Songdo Beach made for a delightful stroll. Without a doubt, I would love to stay here again.

Modern hotel with good size room

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Huge lobby area. Clean, good size room with big modern bathroom. Hotel is bit off town area but front desk staff can order taxi from you quickly. Taxi fare is reasonable.

Amazing experience

Amazing! Rooms were beautiful. Service everyone was kind and helpful. Wish we tried the cafe downstairs sooner. Green onion bagel is the best ever!

This is a brand new hotel and it’s quite lovely. The staff is eager to help and the fitness facility is outstanding. The only difficulty we had was getting a taxi to take us into town

Everything else is perfect except for the use of pool. They control guests too much for using pool, they set a time frame, allowing only 45 mins of each day of your stay, but it starts every hours on time but if you’re little late then your window of using pool is being cut into. They have 3 lanes of lap, but with still many people in there they open only 2 lanes to control guests. Psst. Hey just close your swimming pool, why you re open?

beautiful place and nice ocean view roo. i was using all package included room, tea time, evening hour and breakpast also. executive mean have everything what you want lol. but negative something... far from sightseeing or hot place, need car to moving.
