"The first night, the tv stopped showing at 10pm. After informing the front desk, we still didn’t get the tv on.the next morning we went for breakfast at 6:45am and was told that the breakfast person didn’t show for work. There was no cook on site for Saturday breakfast. Saturday morning, we never received any clean sheets or towels.this was our first time in Memphis and it wasn’t good at all. For the amount of money that was spent it should have been better."

"The room looked and smelled very clean after entering; however, I was extremely disappointed when I saw dried urine on the side of the toilet in the lower crevices.
