"I’ll start with the positives I turned up early after getting soaking wet in the thunderstorm was allowed into room as it was ready. Thank-you for that. Food left in fridge after room was cleaned not just a couple of things the fridge was full. Telephone not working and socket not working on one side. Reception did offer to change rooms for me but I had already unpacked so did decline. Removed food myself and put in outside bin. I didn’t think the floor was very clean."

"You will never stay at a resort where you are treated as well as I was treated at the Guest House of Graceland. I felt like my experience there was the most important thing to them and they made me so happy. I have never felt that way about anywhere I have stayed and I have been all over this country in all upscale resorts. "Worker were very good. But as I walked out my door room 318 the ceiling almost hit my husband in head feel down we reported to staff and it sat there on floor in front of my room over night. Then part of the ceiling across from the room feel down again as I walked down the hall I seen more ceiling had fell down. It is very dangerous. "Good selection for breakfast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom was also clean and well maintained enough to take a bath. Staff were professional and friendly. Would stay again."

"My third time staying! The only thing that keeps happening (all thre times) is that they wake people up early. Check out is at noon. There was a knock at the door right before 9. I could not get back to sleep. Is this done on purpose?"

"I had the best scrambled eggs………….and got to meet Glenda that made them!!! The staff was friendly and helpful. My favorite place to stay in South Haven!!"

"Even though the room was clean, it did have an odor. The TV came on but was frozen. Staff were all amazing on every shift. Breakfast was full continental. Eggs, sausage, pancakes, etc. It was probably the most quiet hotel I have been to in a long time, especially considering the part of town it's in. I was concerned when we arrived, but not upset when I left."

"Hotel overall was great. They have a new cook my food was terribly made. I purchased pancakes and bacon. My pancakes had to be made twice the first was an experiment and the second time they were flat as tortillas. No fluff at all!! The previous cook Tony was awesome. I will not order food again from the restaurant until it improves. The cashier has been ther for awhile and was apologetic and very helpful."

"The Tv didn’t work, which may have been caused by the bad weather. Internet was spotty, the comforter had stains on it and could feel the springs in the mattress that sagged to one side. The bathroom ceiling had mold spores. The included warm breakfast was the option to make a waffle, or one kind of cereal. Distance to the airport is nice, and to be able to park right in front of the room. We would not stay here again."

"The property was clean but the jacuzzi was ice cold. I was told they were waiting on a part that was coming after the holidays. Plus no complimentary breakfast and the bistro was closed during lunch hours."

"Disappointed with our stay. The whole place was very dirty. The hallway had dirt on the floor and an abandoned vacuum & garbage bags were in our hall all night long. Stains were on our bed cover, lamp shade and various other areas of the room. The place looked overall run down and not well maintained. Other than the front desk staff, which were friendly—the overall facility was just not clean. The elevator button was also not working…just seemed rundown. The door also looked all scraped up and...
