"Positives - Clean and quiet room couldn't hear anyone and they could not hear me Food was good Phelesha Collins an excellent server and there is a lady on the AM shift that works the breakfast area, I did not get her name....we will call her fat legs with the mole on her face. Also genuine and quite nice. Thank you both. Internet was excellent I was able to work, and be a hermit in my room; TV great and phone worked in the room Ocean view was top notch, I want the same room when I come back. Negatives Called their call center and they told me no rooms were available for the dates I selected 3/23-27 yet I was able to book the same dates on a separate media - do you guys not like Jamaicans coming to your hotel I wonder? Staff were lukewarm generally, a few genuinely nice servers - shout out to Phelesha Collins the young lady that was humble and genuine with her service at Mandalay restaurant. Please congratulate her for being consistent, friendly and professional. She ensured I was taken care of. I watched her with other guests and saw that it was not different between foreigner or local. A very pleasant young lady. I am concerned on whether you are treating your staff well. Phelesa a generous tip has been provided for you. Thank you for your service. Please have tokens for the 🎱 table Why are you using artificial sand, please take care of the beachfront entrusted to you by the people of Jamaica. Will I return, yes."

"No A/C for the first two days of my 4 day stay. Housekeeping stole my one of a kind “braid” shower cap. When I reported it, no one cared. Buffet was the best place to eat. All other restaurants were bland or just downright nasty tasting. The Steakhouse was horrible. Hibachi grill (Shakura ) was okay. Definitely not worth the $1700.88 I spent. Save yourself the headache and money and go elsewhere. Mist of the staff was professional and friendly but the ones who weren’t should find another job. Pool is only 3 ft deep so no swimming. If you’re privileged you can go to the ocean but make sure you have swimming shoes because the rocks in the water will cut you. Check In was very unorganized, there’s always a line no matter what time of day you go to talk to someone. Room Service does not answer calls so it’s non existent. Overall, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU DON’T GO TO OCEAN EDEN BAY ADULTS ONLY. GARBAGE RESORT AND COMPOUND."

"Where should I even begin?😫 CONS: -No airport shuttle, even if you arrange it weeks before landing in Jamaica. The front desk girl, Oniesha, is ALWAYS moody, but the rest of the staff were approachable, helpful, and kind. -Do NOT expect towels in your room upon check-in. You may have to wait an hour or more after checking in to receive them. -The fridge stayed warmer than cool, even on HIGH. -AC stopped working periodically. -Bathroom tiles were stained (or maybe that’s just the tile color?), but it constantly looked dirty. -Bedsheets in my room were dirty as well, and I had to request additional room service. *Breakfast is included, BUT it’s first come, first served if you actually want what’s listed on the menu. -Pool: Be prepared to climb two flights of stairs to get to the pool. -Room View: “Garden view” turned out to be a dumpster view instead. THERE'S NO FITNESS ONSITE ************************************ Pros: Hotel is located on the Hip Strip Most places are within walking distance Area feels safe during daytime Lobby is nice Hotel is about 5–10 minutes from the airport Spa: Sherna & Fiona gave AMAZING massages. There’s also a nail and hair salon on-site."
