"The best breakfast buffet I have seen in this area. Excellent service, broad menu choices and well prepared, plated food.
The only constructive feedback would be to have blackout curtains. I am a light sleeper, and this is a personal preference. "
"Everything was wonderful, the hotel, the room, the staff, the views, the breakfast… the only minor thing is that the free shuttle timings are quite far apart sometimes, but then it is free! Really great hotel in beautiful part of the world."
"This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Basically there was nothing in the room besides bed. Bathroom was always smelly. The whole room looks very run down. pictures they displayed do not reflect the real room."
"Everything was close by, within a couple minutes walk you were in the heart of the city. the only thing was that they have centralized heating and air, so they turn on heaters till April...then air. we went in march and rooms were warm so it was real stuffy in the rooms."
"A wonderful hotel! It houses an incredible collection of original Italian design pieces from the 1950s. The first floor was designed by Gio Ponti and features original period furnishings! An incredible experience! These are pieces you’d find in the world’s finest museums. Breakfast is just as fantastic, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Castel dell’Ovo and chairs by Carlo de Carli! An incredible place with a fantastic staff. For design lovers, this is a must-experience."
"Beautiful hotel - old charm and very grand! They have lovely sitting room and furniture all through that is beautiful.
Service was fabulous all around and they even accommodated a last minute New Year’s Eve reservation for us. The breakfast is incredible- fresh baked options are so delicious, and the setting was lovely.
Only minor bit was the shower - it didn’t drain well and was tiny.
The location is also great - close to good restaurants and major sites easily accessible. There is a convenient taxi stand just next door.
