"Traveled as a couple in late September. Great location right in the heart of Sorrento & not far from the port. The staff was very polite and held our bags prior to check-in while we took a boat trip to Capri. Hassle free check-in. The room was very clean & spacious. Complimentary prosecco, bottled water, and other snacks/refreshments. No complaints and we would definitely come back."

"The room was great and Angela was very nice and helpful. Great price and convenient to train station. It should be a 6 star but it is difficult to find and the elevator is very small and a bit old. Knowing where it is now I would stay again but this general area is not a 5 star area. If you are elderly maybe a different option"
