"施設は多少古びているが清潔に保たれているし、担当者も申し分ない。 ただ、こちらに2泊する予定で、初日のチェックイン時間に行ったところ、担当者の姿もなく、中に入れず、途方にくれていた。他の宿泊者がたまたま戻ってきた為、中に入れたが、1時間以上後に担当者が来て、『ダブルブッキングの為に今夜は宿泊出来ないと告げられる。非常に腹が立ったが、近くの施設を用意し、そちらに2泊してもいし、こちらと1泊ずつしてもいい。こちらのミスなので費用はこちらで負担します』と言われました。 対応がきちんとしていたので、その案に従い、近くの施設に1泊し、次の日に戻ることにしました。 代替施設は多分ここよりもグレードが高く、快適に過ごすことができたし、この施設に移っても、色々と希望を聞いてもらえ、チェックアウト時間も飛行機の時間に合わせて延長させてもらい、非常に快適に過ごすことができました。 綺麗な景色に囲まれて、静かで快適な時間を過ごすことができ、最後は感謝の気持ちで一杯になりました。 ダブルブッキングがあったので評価は一つ下げますが、その後の対応と快適さは充分に満足できるものでした。"

"Clean and new. Good location across the street from the beach. Good breakfast, I can't understand anyone complaining about the breakfast. The pool is very clean if a bit cool because it is fully under a roof. Excellent housekeeping because any sand we brought back from the beach was gone after the daily cleaning.
