"こちらのホテルで3泊しました。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、クリーニングの依頼や、グラブタクシーの手配、困って尋ねるとすぐに対応してくれました。 バスタブなしの部屋を予約したのですが、バスタブ付きの部屋に変えてくれ、歩き回って疲れた体に染みました。 一度トイレの水が流れず、問い合わせるとすぐに対応してくれました、 特によかったのが、レストラン責任者チャンさんは日本語で対応してくださり、毎日朝食時に、ジンジャーレモンティーを手作りで作ってくれました。帰りも見送りに来てくれ、涙のお別れでした。 市内側で、空港にも市場やレストランも近く、ドラゴンブリッジにも歩いていけました。 日本人にも利用しやすい、とてもよいホテルです。今後もダナンに行くことがあったら、必ず利用したいです。 "

"La chambre est impeccable, très propre, nettoyé quotidiennement. Le personnelle est irréprochable, très serviable. En particulier 3 réceptionnistes (Henri, Kate et Susie) Tous les 3 sont très professionnelles, aimables et irréprochables. Dans l'ensemble l'Hôtel mérite ses 4 étoiles largement. "Nice stay at the Awaken Danang Hotel. Room was great, spacious clean and lovely sea view. Food at the restaurant on the top floor was quite good and reasonably priced. Nice cocktails too. Breakfast was nice too, just missed a better selection of fruit. Staff was helpful and friendly "
