Servis Apartment di Town of Orangetown

"Freezing cold room. I don’t know why there isn’t a heater because the window ac lets all the cold air in. The property is in an amazing location to be able to walk everywhere. Rockafella and Times Square. The rooms are bigger than what I have seen in NYC in prior stays. The rooms were clean. I don’t like that you have to wash the dishes because I don’t trust the people before me washed them correctly so I do double work. I wished they had a dishwasher for the dishes. The property is clean. The...

"(1) the conditioner bottle was empty for the first two nights of our stay; (2) two of the three pillows didn’t have pillowcase; (3) took several calls (spanning at least 12 hours period) to just get 2 clean bath towels; (4) room decor is poor. It clearly lacks of the basic services as a normal hotel, besides no front desk."

We...

"The hotel’s location is convenient. It’s an older property so I expect to see some age on the building itself. It’s nice that there’s parking. The room was spacious but not clean. The doors and walls are filthy, with finger prints and grim around the door knobs. The floor was sticky and all surfaces needed to be washed down. The hotel makes you sign several documents that advise of a fine for smoking in the room, yet the room reeked of pot. The room was in need of maintenance attention…...
