"This is a lovely, friendly place which welcomed our tiny dog with a doggy gift bag and treats too! Right from the start the staff was very accommodating. The hotel was quiet and near retail establishments. The breakfast buffet was excellent with an outstanding, smiling hostess. We highly recommend the hotel and hope to stay here again!"

"The Hampton Inn on Western avenue is the hotel where I always stay when I am in Albany, NY area. It’s super convenient to SUNY and everything else that’s going on in the City. The staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. In the morning there is a breakfast buffet that is always well stocked and delicious. What’s not to love? I have to give one more shout out to the staff, because they ALWAYS go the extra mile to make sure my stay is as pleasant as it can possibly be."
