"I thought the property was beautiful. But with the cost, I was surprised that no microwave in room and that they dont do room service. The pool was a little disappointing and it would be nice if there was a hot tub. The restaurant was wonderful"

"The hotel is within walking distance of the MVP area and local bars and restaurants. There are abandoned buildings and Greyhound bus station adjacent to the hotel, however I felt completely safe on hotel ground and walking to other city sites."

The toilet in the bathroom was so small it looked like it belonged in a toddler’s room, my husband woke up to spiders in the bedroom, we checked out early because this was not the experience that would make us feel good about staying another day"

"Lost power in our room had to change rooms. Our room was very clean. Had a few questionable people around the property, but had no problems."

"Man, this place was perfect for our one night stay. We got in late from our Cooperstown Championship game. We still had dirty cloths that needed to be washed before our flight back. The staff on hand was very helpful with getting me set up for their Bluetooth app. Our king size bedroom was just what we needed, after spending a week on a full size bed bunk! "I was traveling with family and they had an excellent spaces for us to meet and gather, talk or games together. The desk clerk helped us get the baseball game on the TV, he was just so helpful and pleasant. On our next trip to Albany this is the place we will all choose to stay."
