"Nice hotel in the centre of Florence, very convenient to see the city with almost all places you’d want to see within walking distance. Can be noisy at night due to location, and it is not the easiest to drive to if you have a car. Had some issues with bookings made via the guest services site not seeming to work, and some staff were not immediately helpful in resolving it. Others were excellent though."
