"Pretty property but the check-in procedure could have been better signed. The staff who greeted us, although polite and, I am sure, followed procedures, made my request of two twins rather than a king for my mother and myself seem like a huge request. They did accommodate the request but I feel he was borderline rude, as I felt embarrassed and defensive over a simple request. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms too. "The Inn is so charming and welcoming. We felt at home, particularly in our grand family room and the pub and restaurant. At check in, we had the opportunity to add breakfast and received information about dinner, making everything so seamless. However, let me back up to the amazing short ferry ride that delivered us to the front door of the Inn. Our room included separated spaces for a bed I shared with my spouse, with a wall separating us from the kids. We had great breezes from the window...

"Il punto forte della struttura è la posizione fronte lago, tuttavia sono molti gli aspetti che andrebbero curati. Gli spazi in comune dovrebbero essere rinnovati, dalla receptione un po' ovunque si percepisce odore di cloro che proviene dalla piscina subito adiacente alla reception.A proposito della piscina cosiddetta riscaldata è in realtà a temperatura ambiente il che, soprattutto per italiani abituati alle terme, non la rende apprezzabile. Anche questo ambiente andrebbe curato meglio...
