"We took a chance and decided to book an apartment hotel instead of the traditional hotels as we like more space. We really loved the deluxe duplex with Be Mate Torino. It has a bedroom with a double bed on the first level and a loft with a king size bed. We didn’t hang out on the terrace but it was huge. "I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic...
