"Check in procedures are not listed fully correctly on hotels.com for arriving after 8pm. This could be clearer
However, Maria and her team were great! Really polite and friendly. They were also very accommodating and flexible to help us with everything and ensure our stay went well. Great location and I was happy with everything. Thank you! "

"I stayed at Hilton Turin Centre for a night and had a lovely experience.
The location is unbeatable — right in the heart of Turin, within walking distance of all the main attractions, cafés, and elegant piazzas.
My room was spacious and beautifully designed, with a very comfortable bed, crisp linens, stylish furniture, and a bright modern bathroom. Everything felt clean, calm, and well thought out.
The only small downside was that the housekeeping team started cleaning very early in the morning — as soon as guests left their rooms, they immediately began working on the floor. I was woken up before 9 a.m. one day by the sound of vacuuming from above. It’s a minor thing, but perhaps a slightly later cleaning schedule would make mornings more peaceful for guests."
"The room had a very beautiful ceiling with frescos and has all we needed. The staff was very polite ahd helpful. There was a nice courtyard inside the hotel. Overall impression and experience is excellent! "
