"The Hyatt Place is so extraordinarily convenient to the PVD airport. After a day of flying I was happy to walk to the hotel via a skyway link. The reception staff is helpful and friendly. Breakfast choices were many and varied. I highly recommend this hotel!"

"I never needed a hotel just like this more and I’m so grateful. When my home burned up last week, I needed a comfortable place to stay for an unknown period and my first thought, Homewood Suites. It was the right choice for this traumatized family. My cats are safe here too. Room is clean and comfortable. "The room was excellent and clean, the staff were lovely - the front desk my first night was so helpful and went above and beyond. Each time I went to the front desk the rest of my stay they were so wonderful. Room service was phenomenal, and the gentleman who brought my food up remembered me when he saw me in the restaurant the next day. The service was impeccable. And the food at the Crossings was delicious! "

"Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...
