Hotel Dekat Park Theater

"Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

"The room was what you would expect for price. Even in a non smoking room it smelled like it used to be a smoking room. Vending machine available for water"

"The room was clean, bed was nice. The bathroom had a chipping bathtub, the ceiling in the room was pealing. Staff was nice and it was a good hotel for the price."

"Horrible. Cigarette and Pot smell everywhere even inside non-smoking room. No water bottles, no shampoo or conditioner. Listing says breakfast included but no breakfast."

"The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away."

"Don't leave any valuables inside your vehicle if you're going to be doing valet I left $150 and my money was stolen . Dumb on my part . 50 was only taken because I had in separate compartments in my middle consult. I spoke to the hotel manager and basically she did nothing telling me, I can't prove that it was her staff, but it was definitely her staff. But it's ok , they needed it more than me ."

"The worst property I’ve ever stayed at, can’t believe it’s on Expedia. There is no reception, ur key is an app online which I had to wait an hour outside the place to get when checking in as no one was responding and this key also disabled during my stay meaning I couldn’t get back in and had to wait a further 3 hours for a response to make it work. No blackout curtains meaning ur room is fully bright by 5/6 am, I was right next to the main door which slammed all night too including people...

"I had a wonderful overnight stay. My room was much more spacious than I needed. The hotel is clean, and my hallway was quiet. This hotel is in a great location. Overall I was impressed with this hotel. I would definitely recommend it."

"Beautiful building and room. The staff was helpful and I found the parking lot across the street to be helpful and cost slightly less then valet parking. Great location near PPAC, walk to WaterFire and excellent Japanese market at the end of the block. Recommended!"

"Very old property with shabby maintenance. Nobody at the front desk for check in. Had to wait for over 15 minutes for someone to show up. Most of the guest rooms are on the 2nd and 3rd floor with no elevator. The hotel predates the ADA, so not friendly for people with disabilities. Room climate control was set on full cool but only managed to keep the room at 74°F."
