"It's a tired property with tired staff. For example, the TVs in the room did not include coverage of the World Cup. You had to go to the lobby if you wanted to watch. Brutal. In this day and age, that's Motel 6. If I had been charged the Motel 6 price, it would have been okay. I wasn't. Much too much for what I received. Not even a free donut for breakfast. C'mon. Go elsewhere!"

"Air conditioning in the lobby where the hotel bistro was was broken so it was quite warm there. The room we were given had a wet rug near the coffee maker and the faucet in the bathroom leaked from the fixture all over the counter. They moved us to a different room and the toilet overflowed. It was fixed by the time we returned but none of it left us with a great feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay there again."

This included the attitude of the front desk staff, the overall cleanliness of the hotel, and the very old and worn carpets, furniture, and bathroom in the room. I reserved a corner room specifically for 2 windows guaranteeing more light and was forced to downgrade because “they were totally booked the night before” and...

"The room given to us is not yet ready, the cleaners are still there. The cleaning process was not yet done because the dusts on the table was still visible. The bed sheets were I think not replaced because there were strands of hair. The staff were not properly coordinated. The parking is conveniently available near the entrance. The kitchen was available but there were no kitchenware, and utensils available. I think the kitchen was no use because of that."
