"It was an okay stay. It's not a 5 star hotel so it has It's flaws. When we got in the room it was hot because the a/c wasn't on and the whole time we stayed the a/c had to be on the lowest setting. The little fridge needs to be upgraded. I travel with insulin and since this was a quick trip for a family funeral I needed something so I could put my ice pack but those small fridges don't freeze anything. Overall it was an ok stay. The restroom is a little tight spaced."

"Found roaches and some kinda parasitic bugs in our bath tub we tried switching rooms for them to be able to clean and what not but got told we was banned for what reason???"

"Everything was great from the receptionist to the cleanliness of the property. HOWEVER, I would like to state when I booked the room the pictures showed a couch in the Double Bed with a balcony, and it did not. The room was very small, the A/C “worked” but never turned on throughout the night. It was stayed at 75 degrees on a very hot day. "The hotel was undergoing renovation. Wish we were informed well in advance about that so we could better plan our stay. We only found out when we reached there. The hotel was stinking near the entrance. The rooms were old and had dust on lighting fixtures. No hot water in the bathroom sink faucets. Shower didn’t have consistent water flow. Breakfast was alright, not bad. I have definitely stayed at better Hampton Inns, this was disappointing. Glad my stay was only for a night."

"There’s a lot to say about this property. But I’ll just say this first we walked in, checked in and walked out within five minutes of being on the property. We did not stay here. It is not safe for a variety of reasons and it is filthy dirty. On top of that the staff working there was not friendly and apparently everyone has quit so they had to bring someone from Houston to run the property for a while. "We keep choosing this Hotel for so many reasons! The incredible smell when you walk in the door, it just melts away the stress of travel. Then there is the super kind and professional staff. The cleanliness of the entire place, and smell keep you at peace! The beds, you melt into them, they are soft yet firm not to hurt you. We truly enjoy our stays and will keep coming back!"

"Our stay was disappointing due to numerous issues affecting both comfort and safety. Check-in was slow, and although we reserved two rooms, we were initially checked into only one. The second room was assigned on the opposite end of the hotel before staff corrected the mistake. "The rooms were cleaned but drove about 7 hours and booked this hotel because of the pool. We checked in Wednesday night and nobody told us the pool was not working. Thursday morning I even asked staff if they had towels by the pool and said yes. Come to find out the pool was closed. Nobody mentioned to me or on their website the pool was not opened."

"Very nice staff. Pool was clean and accessible which was important to my kid. Room was a little humid even with the air on but other than that great stay. We will be back in 2 weeks most likely"
