"Clean room staff always nice quick checking in."

"I was traveling with my family so we arrived early and they alowed to check in 30 minutes early so was great for us, we can choose the floor 1st flor so we can parked the car in front ot the room door the air conditioning works perfect, the property looks old but the horsekeeping clean our room so perfectly everything was super clean, the hotel has a great ubication for pigeon forge. it was a great value vs price. the breakfast for us was unliked but it is include in the room price so it was not bad, we prefer fruits and healthy food. but they have variety like bread, cupscake, wafles, pancakes, yogurt eggs and sausage great coffe, chocolate, te and juice. everyday is the same food. "

"We were turned away at the door and were told they had a technical problem with checking in at the hotel so we had nowhere to stay on a Saturday night. During Spring Break! We were also told we would be receiving one free night for the inconvenience and I’ve not received a thing. Beware! "

"Family of five, 3 kids 2 adults, teenager, middle and toddler. We had to move rooms because the first night the door slammed shut every 5 mins the ENTIRE night and it kept us all awake. After moving to a new room the following day the air conditioner was broken and only worked if you turned it down to 54 degrees. The air conditioner was broken and not fixed the entire week. The room.size was nice but the balcony railing felt like it would crumble due to all the rust. Chairs were so cheap we were scared to sit in them. Room service was FABULOUS minus the time was asked for shampoo to be refilled and we ended up havjng to go down to get it ourselves. Front desk staff were fantastic and thats the only reason we even offered to get the shampoo ourselves. The pool was mediocre at best and for 3 days had pieces of foam or plastic floating in it. The chlorine fumes were so poorly vented that all of our lungs/chests are sore. There was BLACK MOLD throughout the ceiling tiles of BOTH BATHROOMS IN TWO DIFFERENT ROOMS as well as on BOTH shower heads. The bed was comfy, the couch was not. The breakfast was awful, however the waffles were great. We also loved the juice options. The hot beverages in the lobby were really good as well. All in all we wont be back. We should have known better than to stay here when we opted to pay at the counter and our payment was taken from our bank account 2 months before we arrived. "

"They advertise they sell discounted Dollywood tickets but they did not. Our tv didn’t work the first night. WiFi was horrible there. Staff was cold and didn’t care about anything. "

"We have come to to enjoy the Drury properties for their family-feel, extra amenities and overall pleasant staff. they all seemed to really like working for the company. This property was newly opened so everything was in good order, clean and spacious. The breakfast and Kick back are wonderful amenities to have. As it was Spring Break the food areas were busy, and I noted they could have used a few more staff (if they were on hand) to keep to with the crowds. Lovely stay. Glad parking was included and in a secure lot. "
