"Good"

"The room is spacious and clean. The pool and hot tub is very nice. The only thing is that there was a wedding every night during our stay and we could not sleep because of the loud sound. "

"I accidentally spilled some water while I was watering my pets, I used a washcloth to wipe it up and it came up just filthy. I don’t think they washed the floors."

"It was a terrible experience for the first time to stay in a hotel. Rooms were very dirty asked the front desk to change the bed sheets( the sheets had some sort of black stains and pillow had stains as well) and they never changed the sheets to clean ones. Had to leave that same night(Saturday)casue they never clean the room. The front desk lady was rude as well. Would not recommend this hotel to be honest. Very terrible experience."

"When we first arrived and we checked in, I had to use a credit card to pay, even though I produced a receipt showing that I paid already through Expedia’s app. The next morning I went down to talk to The front desk and they told me that Expedia didn’t pay them and they were charging me again. I finally got that squared away with Expedia. Hopefully I will check my credit card today to make sure I’ve been refunded. As far as the room goes, it was OK. The maid service was horrible. "I expected the resort to look better than what we saw on arrival. Staff professional. We were disappointed in the room upon entering. The carpet was old, patio was not well kept, the view was not a good view of the golf course (south elevator room 903) and when I went to take a shower I saw dried snot on the wall! Completely grossed me out. I could not take another shower and thank God we only booked one night! Will not return."

"Perfect location to Allstate Arena and restaurants. Room and facilities were very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was basic but good. Free coffee in the lobby available 24 hrs was a nice touch. "

"Staff was not helpful at all, rooms are not restocked with towels daily. Asked for towels from room service and she said she couldn’t give me any even though she had a cart full of them. Front desk was not helpful either! Pretty basic hospitality request. "

"My partner and I stayed at this property in February and loved it so much we chose to stay again in March. The bar was a nice touch along with the restaurant on site. Rooms are always clean and the staff is always helpful. Definitely keeping this one as a favorite."
