"This hotel was great! Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Hotel and room are very clean and comfortable. The only reason I gave the hotel lower stars was because of the food options. While what they had was delicious to-go items, it would have been nice to have meals or at least small bites available during the day."

"The carpeting in our room had dark black ink stains right as we walked in, which was not a great first impression. The bathroom is updated, yet tiny, and there's unused empty room space outside of it, so that was a little frustrating. The bed was comfortable, and the rest of the room was tidy and nice. The elevators are dated, and one was broken most of our stay. We got coffee early both mornings and there was only one man working at the cafe counter, so the line/wait was unusually long. Overall, we found the staff to be friendly and helpful."

"My partner and I booked this hotel for a last minute trip to the Arlington Heights area. We usually have great experiences at Comfort Inn but this visit was disappointing for a variety of reasons. First off, I just want to say that the woman at the front desk was friendly and helpful. We arrived a few minutes after check-in, so she called housekeeping to make sure they had a clean room available, which we were grateful for. After receiving our keys, we went up to our room. I’m unsure if there was a miscommunication between the front desk and housekeeping staff, but our door was propped open as if it was still being cleaned. We quickly dropped off our things and assumed that they may be back to finish cleaning. When we returned to the room later in the evening, everything was like we left it. We noticed the bathroom was particularly run down and dirty. The paint of the shower walls and soap holder was peeling off in big patches. There was hair on the wall and soap bottles as well as mildew in the corners of the bathtub. There were also dried stains on the bathroom door. We noticed crumbs on the chair in the bedroom as well as ants crawling around the air unit and a few on the bed itself. Since we were only staying one night, we didn’t have the energy to make a fuss about it, but it’s worth mentioning for the sake of future guests. We’re hoping it was a one-off issue, but hopefully the company will look into much needed maintenance so we feel comfortable returning."

"Never got checked in they lost and never refunded our pre paid booking some two days fighting over the principal of the non stay be chase they never even checked us in. Worst costumer service not with the hassle for the small amount of value. You get what you pay for and we paid and still got nothing!"
