"Clean room good Staff"

"Worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The people in the room next door were shouting obnoxious language all night. They also slammed doors and played loud music until 4am. The staff on duty did nothing about it. "

"Had bed bugs. Notified hotel staff and no action. Breakfast was decent and average. The whole bathroom needs updated. Will not stay here again. "

"It was a beautiful room however the shower did not have hot water which we discovered when we were trying to take a shower so they moved us to another room and that shower also did not have hot water when we called the front desk no one answered the phone twice maybe because the hotel is in a sleepy area. The staff is more relaxed."

"Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast was hot and delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. Pool was great for our family. Room was clean, though beds were a little too firm for our liking. Had 1 small issue with our room, and the night staff really thought outside the box to make it right for us; we really appreciated their effort to assist us. Would stay again."
