We had booked, and had confirmed by the property, a room for someone who was totally requiring disability access facilities - and the property emailed and told this was the case but on arrival the room being shown was not fit for someone in a wheelchair. There was no shower rails, no seat and the room was too small to allow anyone in a wheelchair...
