"We liked the location. Just up the hill from town. We enjoy our walks. The studio room was too small to stay in for a week. Would be ok for a night or 2 though. There’s a steel structural beam obstructing your view as well as it taking up so much room. Overall we loved our time in Queenstown and always out and about early till late so we use the room to sleep in only. It’s in a great location for bus tours and shuttles. All leave from very nearby."

"As a repeat customer I was very happy overall with my stay. I was disappointed that for during my time frame the men’s steam room & sauna was out of service yet the room price remained the same. It is one of the key reasons I stay at this property I also revisited the Our Land bar/ restaurant & was very pleased with the attentive service & staff after prior below par experiences."

"Breakfast offering looked a little tired with limited choices at 8:30. Air con and the sound-proofing were very good. Bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. "

"Clean room but a broken window latch prevented the window from closing and allowing a good night's sleep. Great staff, friendly and helpful. Convenient location and easy to navigate when arriving. "

"For the money, it was average. Parking was an issue for $35/day. It was hard to get one on the right level. "
