"Lol... Every issue we had starting from bug concerns to needing the laundry room... Everything was apparently under renovation. But there was zero signs of renovation anywhere. This is just something they say to brush your concerns under the already existing filth. This was apparently 'family friendly' but I must ask if this chair picture appears to be family friendly. Absolutely repulsive!!!!!!!"

"one of the desk clerks, Tracy McKee, was particularly sweet, cheerful and helpful. I’d had a spill with some soda in the room and wiped it up with the hand towels so I took them down to the desk and asked if I could trade them in for clean ones. She asked several maids to replace them as they walked by. no. so she went herself to the laundry room and got some clean ones. she came back with a smile, sweet and. cheerful. Every time we saw her she would give us a big smile and a cheerful...
