The room and the hotel are kept very clean. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. This is our second stay. We are usually here for shows at the Orion. Close to venue and plenty of shopping if needed. Breakfast had variety (changed a lot but I’m sure that’s because they had an extra fulll house this weekend) but it was kept up for the busy breakfast rush.

The staff is fabulous, so accommodating, but the carpet and upholstery was Badly stained. They are suppose to be renovating ut obviously my room hadn't been done yet. There were a couple of issues but they took care of them right away. I would stay again once the renovation is completed.

My check in experience was great. The young man was very friendly and professional. However, my stay over all was awful. First, the breakfast bar had only 3 options on Friday morning. We were asked to keep our same plates because they did not have anymore in the back :( i had no face towels and the shower looked unclean. Soap scrum
