"It’s a picturesque old pub with an extensive garden area and a large parking space. It’s quite classy indoors and we were impressed by both the sophisticated dinner menu and the food itself - very good.We were welcomed warmly and shown to the Cowdray Room, which opens on to the beer garden. "Stayed for three nights over Xmas. The walk from the pub to the accommodation was across a muddy unpaved carpark.
