Most appreciated how all the staff from desk, restaurant, cleaning and security guard recognized and acknowledged us daily as we passed through. Very friendly when we asked or needed anything. Best place to stay in Toluca.

Fantastic place, very attentive employees, best breakfast during our whole trip, great Dinner and Drinks. The staff was very welcoming and helpful, from checking in, during the whole stay and until we left. The pool is heated, big and the jacuzzi is very relaxing. I highly recommend the Archeological site (see pictures) it is the only round Pyramid we saw on our trip, dedicated to the god of the wind.

I had a great experience in this hotel. Very clean and staff is super attentive. I will definitely stay here again. Food is great an within minutes of everything… loved it.

Amazing stay !!!! Breakfast was a la carte and amazing! Very delicious with fresh green smoothie, fresh fruit, very tasty omelets and very good coffee. They had a personalized welcome sign with our name. The room is huge. I think that all the rooms are suites. The view from my room overlooked the mountains. We ate dinner at the restaurant too and that was very tasty. We didn’t have time to visit the spa. I left the cleaning lady a few things and they sent me a THANK YOU video, which was completely unexpected. I left absolutely in love with this property!!!

I am impressed with whole experience at this beautiful hotel. The rooms are spacious and beautiful. The rooms were super cleaned to detail. Breakfast was amazing with such a great variety of fresh dishes. I felt so welcome.. Customer service welcomed us with a sweet personalized welcome note.
