"This is not a cheap stay, and for the money I expected more. It wasn’t bad, just not what I expected for $1100 for 2 nights. The room was average, felt outdated, balcony view of the atrium was nice. Shower drained slow and pooled which I think is so gross. The room had no body wash - I could have brought our own but for just 2 nights I figured it would be easier to just use what they had. "Our room smelled like weed and housekeeping cleaner when we arrived at midnight. It was hard to sleep because of the smell The whole place felt very rundown. The continental breakfast was minimal and the coffee was really bad. I was grateful to have a place to sleep after our flight got canceled. The staff at the hotel were so kind! It was the best service interaction I had all day. They accommodated my mother in law with a large room because she needs a walker to get around.
