"Amazing they upgraded my room it was a treat"

"The room was very dirty, the sheets were dirty, kids bed no covers. Overall the room was not ready for our visit.i was on a business visit with my daughters . We let the attendant know and was aware the room was dirty. It was late and we had a long drive my daughters were tired of the road trip. I am very disappointed will not come back"

"The lobby was certainly the highlight of the hotel experience, showcasing an inviting atmosphere. However, using the elevator felt a bit unsettling. The hallways lacked air conditioning, and the scent throughout the hotel, outside of the lobby, was rather musty. The rooms seemed to have undergone minimal updates, primarily with new vinyl flooring, but the overall decor felt dated by over 15 years. The beds were quite firm, and even minor movements produced creaking sounds. In the bathroom, stains were evident, and the yellow tub appeared quite old. While the walls didn’t offer much sound insulation, at least the air conditioning functioned well."

"I think from the beginning it wasn't a good fit. I tried to cancel because of a work thing but they denied my request. I had to keep the room or I'd be charged. The hotel is definitely older. You can tell from the outside and when you walk in. The room definitely didn't give the same vibe as the pics. There's barely any lights in the room so you can hardly see unless you're in the bathroom. It was definitely a budget hotel. They did have breakfast which was decent. And they had a hotel shuttle but I didn't use that. I won't return because of the inability to be flexible and the pics didn't represent the room accurately."

"The breakfast had a good selection of hot food items, fresh fruits, delicious pastries, and polite servers for coffee or juice that kept my cups full."
