"The La Quinta North location was well situated close to DFW and I had a late check-in with the staff being very kind and helpful. The room was clean and had nice travelers amenities. I have two negative notes. One being the airport shuttle was very confusing on coming in at 10 PM at night whether you called for the shuttle or whether there was routine pick ups. The second was that my room was on the third floor and the elevator is a long ways away from reception, don’t know if there was another one out of service, but being tired from travel and manhandling my bags was unpleasant."

"Wow what a difference! Stayed here two years ago and was pleased. What happened? Room filthy, broken down bathroom, would not have paid this much for this quality of a room. Very disappointed. Love the location but please maintain the room properly."

"Pretty run down hotel. Carpet was stained and sticky. Hot tub/Pool was very dirty with a band aid next to the hot tub for a couple days then it was broken for a couple days. The cockroach on the wall in my room on the last night really sealed the deal. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, but Hilton doesn't give them much to work with here."

"It is a very nice hotel. However, there was a dirty washcloth left in the bathtub and when we called the front desk to tell them, it took them forever to come, so we called again and you can hear over the radio.... lady in room .... is being super impatient hurry up. Its 8pm and all we wanted to do was shower. She came and got the washcloth but thats it. Didn't bother cleaning the bathtub so we have no idea if it was even cleaned before us or not. We asked her to please clean the bathtub and shower, and all she was run some water on it. If youre gonna use a radio for communication try and keep it professional or wear an earpiece so the guest cant here you."
