Room was clean and had the basic amenities needed. Location was good since it is near a trqin station and a couple of stores. Overall was ok. Would recommend.

Layout was nice. I felt it was not very clean, dishes has dust on them, bedding was older and not as clean, towels was really used and old. Couch has spot that was not clean. Amenities in the apt was very limited.

The room was extremely cold and the aircon does not immediately start working/does not heat the bedroom enough to only sleep with one blanket (I probably needed to bring a warmer set of pyjama or own heating). I could not find electrical outlets in convenient positions so I had difficulties utilising a few things in the house. When I used aircon and dryer at the same time the room blacked out for a few seconds but restored immediately so it was a relief. The clean towels seemed to be stored by the door of the entire apartment but they all fell apart and blocked the door one day. Hoped they remained clean. I love this area of Tokyo so I made the most use of traveling to places in the morning whilst commuting to work, wished the room was generally a bit warmer or had more warming facilities but I appreciate the accommodation. Thank you.

コンパクトですが清潔で落ち着いた客室でした。周辺にはコンビニやミニスーパーがあり飲食店も多く非常に便利でした。 階段が思いのほか狭く、大きな重い荷物を持って上がり降りするには危険ですが、慣れれば問題ありません。部屋の前の窓に食べかけのお菓子の袋が置きっぱなしになっていて、ホテル側ではないと思いますが、そこだけ残念でした。 シャンプー、ボディソープ、タオルはありましたが、それ以外は持参した方がよいです。 また利用したいと思う宿でした。ありがとうございました。

Excelente apartamento e espaçoso

Uma habitação com tudo necessário, para sua fazer sua própria alimentação. Em volta há muitos mercados (inclusive em frente ) e se não quiser cozinhar tem muitos restaurantes perto A estação Sedengaya do trem fica 300 m que facilitou muito nosso transporte Voltaria com certeza a me hospedar aqui, só observem que há uma escada e pode dificultar que tem mobilidade reduzida
