"This is the second time that we have stayed at this property. It has a lovely view over the river, and roof access that makes for a great spot for evening drinks and views of the city. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are very spacious especially by Tokyo standards. Little bit of a walk to the station but I love the fact that this hotel is located in a quiet area. The beds are very comfortable and the room makes for a nice relaxing oasis after a day in the busy city. Absolutely recommend...

"This was our 3rd hotel during a 3 week stay on Japan, and while it doesn't have amenities like some other hotels, we found it down right lovely. We were greeted immediately and checked in. The staff informed us that there were no amenities on site (such as a onsen or gym)but there was laundry, vending machines, a microwave and utensils available on the 4th floor. "Our stay at Sakura Cross was very pleasant. Slippers were offered for all guests. The bathrooms were clean. We had five people in our party. The extra toilet (there were two in pur unit) room was really helpful! We can barely hear the prople on the top floor. The kids enjoyed the bunk bed and the general design of the room. "Around 5 mins walking to Kinshicho train station and metro, convenience stores, Parco and Marui department store. The room was clean, well maintained — not too big or too small, just the right size for two people. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience — I would definitely recommend it to others."

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
