"As English only speakers we really enjoyed our time at BaliAn even though most of the staff spoke only a small amount of English. "Upon arrival to the hotel, staff and service were great. Check-in was easy and quick and the rooms were amazing. We had a beautiful view of Tokyo tower and the city lights at night.
