"Horrible hotel. Staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. The shower had now curtain so bathroom was flooded. None of the two restaurants had any food and I was told I needed to walk 1km to find a place to eat. The hotel is located around an industrial estate so clearly the hotel staff were fobbing me off. They need to update their website to inform guests of this and also let them know that they dont provide a shuttle to the airport. The taxi company they use rip tourists off by charging 3-4 times...

"First, the good: centrally located and the breakfast was OK. But the entire Sky Tower is under construction, so the windows are blocked with scaffolding and fabric, plus the whole place was dusty and a bit noisy. The room was huge but sparsely furnished (including a hideously orange sofa). Lighting was too bright and uninviting. Bathroom was just OK. The famous Sky Tower restaurant at the top was closed. Overall, little ambience, almost creepy."
