"This property had everything within walking distance. The staff are extremely polite and courtesy and it’s easy to find. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again. A small kitchenette and living space made it nice for vacation or business trip."

"The room stunk and the help could barely speak good English. The owner came pounding on my door at 11:00 am to tell me it was checkout time , but my checkout day wasn't until the next day. This place was a joke. I had to empty my own garbage. My toilet plugged up and the owner gave me the plunger and told me to bring it back when I was done. This place was a joke. What a waste of my hard earned money!!!!!!!!!"

"Our pillows were in bad shape. One was all the way flat like having no pillows. The other like a brick. I slept with no pillow. But besides that the hotel was perfect!"

"The smell in the building smelled like nail polish removal with a covered up cigarette smoke. Limited staff. Breakfast basic."

"It is advertised as a hotel, with the pictures focused on the front of the building, but it is an extended-stay motel. It is dirty, has thin walls, shady characters, and gave us the creeps. The couch felt sticky, and the bed was thin and loud. We could hear the neighbors tv right through our shared door with them. Standing in the room, we felt like we had to whisper so we wouldn't be overheard. We left without staying the night."

"The Comfort Inn was nestled in a great quiet area with easy access to I65. The bed was comfortable. Walked across the street to a great restaurant. Then drove a quarter mile to the Galleria mall for some walking/shopping. Would stay again."

"Everything at the Drury was wonderful from the staff to the room. The beds were comfortable their free breakfast in the morning is phenomenal. We were so busy that we didn’t take advantage of the happy hour, but it looked amazing There really isn’t much negative. I have to say but it was an annoyance not to have a fan in the bathroom, so it was a long time before he escape the room."

"The hotel is wonderful. Clean, fresh, very well kept. My only complaint is that they were remodeling the 2nd floor where the rooftop bar is located and we were so looking forward to an evening on the bar enjoying the landscape. Oh, and they could use a little better pillows. The hotel staff was amazing to help us get settled in to the perfect room for our 2 night stay. Will definitely stay here again when in town and hopefully the rooftop bar will be open and ready to enjoy."

"Good staff. Facilities were clean and fairly well maintained. Breakfast was more than adequate. Only issue was the elevator was broken down on a three day holiday weekend. Not necessarily the fault of the hotel. Sometimes those things happen. Staff did their best to help minimize any disruption."
