"I had two rooms one for us the room did not had towels, so we asked for towels, they were old and dirty, tv didn't work, the second room was dirty with dirt and cotton swabs on the floor no towels too they really need to put more attention to the rooms, is a nice room but needs attention "

"Amazing staff. Receptionists speak fully English and they are very helpful. I also recommend the restaurant which provide amazing chicken sandwiches. Very respectful and the way expected. 5 star. "

"There was no shampoo or any amenity like it. The worse part was when i asked the front desk people (there were around 4 girls there) to get me some,time pass, i could see them chatting & fooling around & no one brought me the amenities. I had to go out my room & get them from the cleaning people arouns there. Very disappointing."

"El día que nos hospedamos era un día muy caluroso en la ciudad de Tijuana y el aire acondicionado no enfriaba, tenía sólo la función Fan que es de abanico 😡 no helaba la habitación, pésimo funcionamiento de AC, no regresó a este hotel "
