Clean room, good staff, proximity to the playa is a bonus for me. I kinda' like Tijuana. There's just something about the place..... I think I'd rather be in TJ than San Diego.

Comfortable, relaxed, safe, clean hotel with helpful + friendly staff. There is a restaurant at the top with a variety of awesome food, room service, laundry services and a spa. Staff and national security are always present, and there are vending machines for snacks, cold water and hot coffee in the lobby. Highly recommend 👍

Kind, friendly and Wonderful staff. Safe and clean hotel. Only complaint was no hot water but we were only there for 1 night on a hot day so it was not a big issue. Definitely recommend.

We stayed at this hotel for one night this past weekend and had a nice, decent stay. The location was very convenient for us, and being right across the street from the beach was a plus. The staff was nice, and we appreciated being able to park in the garage underneath the hotel. We did stay during a really hot weekend, so I was happy that the AC in our room worked great and the bed was comfortable. My only suggestions would be brighter lighting in the rooms and AC in the hallways and elevator, since those areas did get pretty warm. Other than that, everything was fine for our one-night stay. It was comfortable, convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.

It's a beautiful hotel i recommend to get the upgrade 4th floor with the ocean view shower fits more than one person big TV comfortable big bed great parking on site staff is normal not too much just right restaurant on site beach right there can see the border and people partying there is drinking allowed on the boardwalk near the border I felt safe with the date I brought I traveled there from anaheim California made reservations on Expedia everything was great
