The staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to assist us, showing great flexibility throughout our stay. The rooms were exceptional, truly beyond words. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many places and this is one of the best places we have stayed."

"The check in staff were friendly and professional. Our room was large but needed updating. The mattress needed replacing and the sofa was very stained. The toilet didn’t flush very well and the shower pressure was weak. The curious kitchen staff were very efficient and friendly especially our waiter Cris from Italy. "The hotel smelled of humidity. The TV in the room didn't work. I went to change the remote control 4 times. Finally, I asked them to test it in the room to see if it worked. They put the remote control down and left. I went upstairs and the TV still didn't work. Since I can't sleep without a TV, it was important to me. The hotel is definitely not worth the price they are asking. And they are especially asking for extra parking from the customers who have already stayed"

"For a budget hotel (although I did stay in a Premium room) the room was really quiet and the bed was large. I slept really well. Lovely shower, fun design details - painting, large lamp, coffee machine. The room felt spacious. I’d stay again."

"Perfect place to stay for Bristol trip. Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. Staff at reception were super friendly and gave us great local food tips. The location made it easy to walk the local retail park and train station in 12 min. Breakfast has everything you need to start the day. Special thanks to customer assistant for her support during checking in. Great value - will book again next time I visit...

"Very useful having ev charging pods. Room lacked ANY USB charging points. 13a sockets only by desk Shower was brilliant The breakfast provision was not to the standard we had previously enjoyed. Excellent, convenient location near to M4/M5 junction. Very quiet. We didn't actually see any staff in the lodge which is normal."
