"We rented the suite which was nice and big! I look for a couple things when booking a hotel, area obviously, comfy beds and a good shower. The beds were nice and soft, and the shower head was amazing!! Sometimes they almost spray your skin off or it barely rinses you off. This one was stellar. The hotel is next to a closed bahama breeze so it’s not overly pretty but the shopping plaza (Pinecrest) is lovely and walking distance. The kitchen social is a great place to eat. The breakfast was yummy!...

"I wish continental breakfast existed for the cost of 1 night. The staff charged me for a night even though I had already been charged by Expedia. My credit card took a hit for a few days which sucked, but the staff did take care of it once it finally posted."

"The bed pillows had an odor, even though the pillowcases were clean. The staff was most helpful. Each staff member that I encountered was extremely cheerful and most accommodating. I truly enjoyed my stay and am looking forward to my next visit."

"Pool schedule is 9:30am to 9pm, I think the opening hours should be longer. I chose this hotel over another one across the street just because of the hot tub, but it was closed for maintenance. They should give advance notice about that. Nice personal and clean rooms and areas"

"Our room smelled like sewage, also our shower leaked through the door and we had to clean up a big puddle of water that went outside of the bathroom and into the main room."

"We had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa, the room was prepaid. When we arrived we were told they only had a queen room even though we had RESERVED and prepaid. We were very disappointed! They did offer a free breakfast at the buffet and a drink from the bar. We were unable to use either. When they refreshed the towels the net day, they also refilled the coffee, but not the cups. A bit hard to make coffee without cups, they also didn’t replace the face wipes. So although I loved...

"The staff is so kind but the property is dirty and unkempt. Housekeeping needs a full overhaul. The room was grimey and gross. Stains on the couch, walls, bathroom dingy with mold. Just bad all around."

"Although the front desk told me the hotel was basically empty the night we arrived, we were nevertheless put in a smaller room on the second floor with a rooftop just outside our windows - facing the garage. I was not told there would not be housekeeping the next day and did not have any clean towels."
