"I recently stayed at an Embassy Suites hotel in one of their Executive Suites, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The room was in poor condition from the moment I walked in. There were visible stains all over the floor, which immediately made the space feel unclean and neglected. To make matters worse, several of the electrical outlets didn’t work, making it difficult to charge devices or use basic electronics. The biggest issue, however, was the air conditioning—it simply did not work at all. The room became uncomfortable very quickly, especially given that this is supposed to be a higher-tier suite. For a brand that markets itself as offering quality and comfort, this stay fell far below expectations. I would not recommend this location based on my experience."

"Elevators have seen better days. 5th floor hallway was leaking water like crazy and reeked of weed. Room was filthy, window was cracked and could barely see through it from never being cleaned. Its like it was condemed but stayed open. "

"My favorite hotel in the Cleveland area. Everything about it is 10/10. The staff have outstanding customer service. They are so friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub area is very clean and relaxing. Gym is very nice. Laundry facility is extremely useful, I appreciate that it accepts Apple Pay. Good breakfast. Best of all, they have clean, spacious, comfortable rooms. I joke with people and say I wish I could live there, LOL. Really it’s the best - you won’t regret staying here! "

"The room was fine, but there were some key parts of the booking that were pretty upsetting. The pool was closed, which is one of the main reasons I booked this hotel (this was my son's birthday weekend- I specifically look for a pool for him to swim in). A good portion of the hotel (not just the pool) was getting worked on. Sunday morning, there was extremely loud banging from the workers before 8:30 am, which woke up my fiance. Also, Expedia was correct about the $50 charge for bringing our dog, but there was also a "non-refundable pet cleaning fee" for $150 that I was not expecting. This was a disappointing stay "
