The staff was extremely kind and courteous. The hotel was pretty clean overall. It is winter in Cleveland, but the front lobby and elevators were soaked with dirty water from melting snow. My only real criticism is they didn't have a smart TV in my room. Overall, id recommend staying here.

First time staying in this chain, and really liked the included evening meal. After driving all day, it was great to just grab some food from the buffet and not have to go out again or sit through a long table service. Room and staff were great.

This was the first time we stayed at a Drury Inn and we were so impressed. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the staff was fantastic. The food that we had in the evening was so good ( not to mention free). The breakfast was also delicious. I would definitely stay here again.
