"The breakfast was a big disappointment . The moment working, there was not friendly . The hotel room itself had a very bad odor The alarm clock was flashing upon check-in, which they could not fix The elevator was very loud and bumpy The faucet in my room was leaking The fridge in the room did not get cold Two cars got broken into I tried to change my reservation. They wanted to charge me and were unable to help me out at all !"

"This is a nice location and well maintained hotel. The beds are very comfy and the room is spacious. The hotel was very quiet when we went despite hosting lots of sports families. Would stay again."

"I particularly liked that the rooms were clean, renovated and well organized. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue I found was a shortage one morning of hot water but it appeared to be resolved on the morning we left. All in all it was good. Thanks Again!"

"Good hotel, very reasonably priced, close to the university of Manitoba and Superstore. To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. Unfortunately it was raining two nights and there was a dripping sound outside the window that was so loud it sounded like someone was popping microwave popcorn in the next room. "The room was well equipped with a mini fridge and microwave. I wish they had another mirror somewhere on the wall of the room so that one person can get ready( such as doing hair and make up) when the other person is in the bathroom. The hotel is undergoing renovations till August, but didn't affect us much. The pool was closed due to unexpected circumstances. All staff were pleasant and responded promptly to our requests."

"Our room appeared recently renovation and was very clean. Breakfast had lots of options and it was good. Staff at the front desk were exceptionally helpful and professional."

"Entire property was run down including the rooms. Was like being in a hotel from the 1980’s. Entire place smelt like smoke, hot tub had hair and clumps of something floating around, pool water was very low and stains all over the hallway carpets. Felt like an incredibly unsafe area especially for a solo traveller as evidenced by the drug users coming into the hotel lobby to use the ATM. “Breakfast” option, was very disappointing. "The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had appointments at St Boniface hospital and it is walking distance to that. I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. I had leftover from my lunch meal and I had to take it down to he front desk for them to heat. When I asked the girl why there wasn't a microwave she said that they offer 2 restaurants so she didn't see the need for microwaves. I'm not a fan of the rainhead shower which is what they have but that's just a...
