"I particularly liked that the rooms were clean, renovated and well organized. The staff were helpful and friendly. The only issue I found was a shortage one morning of hot water but it appeared to be resolved on the morning we left. All in all it was good. Thanks Again!"

They wanted to charge me and were unable to help me out at all !"

Entire place smelt like smoke, hot tub had hair and clumps of something floating around, pool water was very low and stains all over the hallway carpets. Felt like an incredibly unsafe area especially for a solo traveller as evidenced by the drug users coming into the hotel lobby to use the ATM. “Breakfast” option, was very disappointing. "Good hotel, very reasonably priced, close to the university of Manitoba and Superstore. To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. Unfortunately it was raining two nights and there was a dripping sound outside the window that was so loud it sounded like someone was popping microwave popcorn in the next room. "The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had appointments at St Boniface hospital and it is walking distance to that. I was disappointed that there wasn't a microwave in the room. I had leftover from my lunch meal and I had to take it down to he front desk for them to heat. When I asked the girl why there wasn't a microwave she said that they offer 2 restaurants so she didn't see the need for microwaves. I wish they had another mirror somewhere on the wall of the room so that one person can get ready( such as doing hair and make up) when the other person is in the bathroom. The hotel is undergoing renovations till August, but didn't affect us much. The pool was closed due to unexpected circumstances. All staff were pleasant and responded promptly to our requests."
