Hotel Dekat The Woodlands Golf & Country Club

"The room was clean overall and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The shower floor did appear to be stained, however, not sure if it is water deposits building up over time or a lack of proper cleaning. The sheets also had some stains on them; for me it made me wonder briefly if they were clean. Made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep."

"They noted on their website that they had a $50 deposit for pets as well as $10 per night per pet. What they didn’t tell you was it was a $50 nonrefundable deposit. Also it came with the kitchenette. There were no doors on the cabinets no pots or pans in the drawers no silverware. No coffee maker or clock. When we arrived at 5 o’clock the room was still being prepared. Missing a bedside nite stand."

"Clean"

"Bed was hard and small pillows but the place was clean and nice staff."

"Staff was very friendly the breakfast was good the lady that ran the breakfast was really sweet"

"This property was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I chose Country Inns and Suites based on my experience with the hotel in Grand Rapids. This was nothing like that. This property was old, felt dirty, and did not represent the Radisson brand I had come to expect. I can’t believe Radisson would attach their name to this property. Very inconsistent quality for this chain. Cut my stay short by a day because I just could not subject myself or my family to such a poor quality facility....

"The stay here was a great experience. Facility was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find."

"Our stay was good decent for what we paid , maybe more cleaning we found some left over crumbs also when they cleaned the room our door wasnt closed completely luckily nothing was missing , I would suggest the cleaning ladies to make sure they shut the door good and leave extra toilet paper and trash bags but front desk was very helpful and nice"

"Only complaint was a thought we got a breakfast and it was not it included."

"They took $150 as security deposit for 2 rooms and never return the money. I won't recommend this property to anyone."

"Easy access to reasturants"
