Hotel Dekat North Springs Lake

"The room was clean overall and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. The shower floor did appear to be stained, however, not sure if it is water deposits building up over time or a lack of proper cleaning. The sheets also had some stains on them; for me it made me wonder briefly if they were clean. Made for a bit of an uncomfortable sleep."

"Clean"

"The stay here was a great experience. Facility was clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel was easy to find."

"Only complaint was a thought we got a breakfast and it was not it included."

"Room was very humid when we arrived. Carpet was wet and smelled like mildew. Couldn't cool it off all night. Breakfast was great and got us off to a good start back on the road. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"i love my stay here. recommended for everyone especially to those who are looking where to stay for fort jackson family day and graduation. Kuddos!"

"Exceptional stay with an exceptional staff. Kate and Drew deserve all the good things."

"They took $150 as security deposit for 2 rooms and never return the money. I won't recommend this property to anyone."

"This property was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I chose Country Inns and Suites based on my experience with the hotel in Grand Rapids. This was nothing like that. This property was old, felt dirty, and did not represent the Radisson brand I had come to expect. I can’t believe Radisson would attach their name to this property. Very inconsistent quality for this chain. Cut my stay short by a day because I just could not subject myself or my family to such a poor quality facility....

"Bed was hard and small pillows but the place was clean and nice staff."

"I had a very good Stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and the hotel was in good shape. Also check in was very easy and I would definitely stay again."

"Our stay was good decent for what we paid , maybe more cleaning we found some left over crumbs also when they cleaned the room our door wasnt closed completely luckily nothing was missing , I would suggest the cleaning ladies to make sure they shut the door good and leave extra toilet paper and trash bags but front desk was very helpful and nice"
