"We appreciated the extra bedding for the sleeper, unasked. We found the bed so much more comfortable however. All else was all we needed. The Take and Go where you ring up your own snacks from the cold shelves is a great customer service, especially when the lines are long. The CityWalk to Universal Theme Park is only one of many benefits to staying."

"Very, very professional, respectful and gracious staff. Walking distance to the Hollywood bowl. Clean modern room with big refrigerator microwave and coffee maker. Little café downstairs. I could not believe that something so well priced and so well cared for it was so close to the Hollywood bowl, and also walkable to Hollywood Boulevard very impressed in the staff seriously was first class and I stayed at all five star hotels Very very impressed "
