"Over all great stay"

"Very accommodating from the time I arrived to the time we left. It’s the small things that count. Towels, chairs and umbrellas, ebikes all were complimentary. Me and my family loved it!"

"The room was good. The floor was dirty when we went in but they came and cleaned it for me the next day. They need more hooks to hang towels, swimsuits etc. The breakfast was really good! The pool needs maintenance. A lot of loose concrete and missing concrete in and around the pool. Nice views though but very limited seating. Elevators were quick. There were lots of great places walkable to eat and shop. I would stay again."

"Loved the corner room! It (and the bathroom) was WAY bigger than we anticipated and the fact that there was a fridge AND microwave was amazing! The gym was great, too!!"

"The balcony was awesome with the view of the pool and beach. Room floor was a little dirty with old crumbs and hair in the bathroom. But overall, stay wad awesome"

"Was good for our one night stay. We had to wait for the staff at front desk when arrived for about 10 minutes before checked us in, tried to make tea with the hot water in lobby and tea bags provided, but the water was not hot must have been sitting so long it was never checked on and was cold so threw that away. Only 1 of the 2 elevators worked and had backups waiting for it a few times and had to squeeze it full of people since it was constantly full from only have one working. Everything else...

"We loved our cabin and had a wonderful stay! It was cozy, comfortable, and we would definitely come back. The only minor issue was that a few areas could have used a little more dusting, but overall we had a great experience."

"I had high hopes for this hotel, especially considering that they are supposedly award winning and a part of Owa. But I was very disappointed. The room was not even ready when we checked in and when it finally was, the housekeeping left the room filthy and there were fruit flies covering the wall and bathroom. As a mother who was trying to enjoy our stay for my daughter's birthday, I definitely will not be staying here again."
